Lithium and Ruby

Lithium ore and Ruby can be purchased from the Workshop but you are going to need Uranium Rods to purchase, which can be harvested and crafted on the Elysium Map.

For new players, Lithium on Olympus can be obtained by breaking down PowerBanks.

The most important lithium tool new players need to make is the Lithium Sickle so you have a chance to obtain Tainted Plant DNA when you reap fruit and vegetables.

From there, once you have 50, you can craft 1volatile Exotic Bulb in the chemistry workbench. You can then plant these and once harvested you process these in a Biofuel Bio-Cleaner or Organic Residue Cleaner where you send these to orbit and get added into your workshop as a Stabilized Exotic, which is a Workshop Currency

Miasmic Tools

These tools can be made on the Elysium and Prometheus Map. Miasmic can be found by killing creatures in the swamp regions.

The crafting process includes refining Crystallized Miasma into Distilled Miasmic Coating using a Chemistry Bench.

Miasmic Tools Key Benefits

Miasmic Mining Pick – Mining with Miasmic tools produces Noxious Crust which must not be carried with you due to poisoning. These are best left in your animals cart. For every ore you obtain you will obtain 1 Noxious Crust which then gives you 5 of the same mined ore types including exotics.

Workshop Purchasable Alternative (Requires Red Stabilized Exotics): Inaris “Night” Pickaxe.

Equipment needed to Process: Biofuel Bio-Cleaner or Organic Residue Cleaner.

Miasmic Axe: Generates Infected Bark, which can be refined into large amounts of Epoxy, solving late-game epoxy shortages.

Workshop Purchasable Alternative (Requires Red Stabilized Exotics): Inaris “Sali” AXE.

The Miasmic Knife: Offers up to 175% yield from skinning, 15% chance to cause Miasma on hit with attacks and 10% Acidic Glands per skinned resource.

Workshop Purchasable Alternative (Requires Red Stabilized Exotics): Inaris “Shade” Knife
(125% Yield.

The Miasmic Sickle: Produces “Thorned” plants that have a +50% longer spoil time, aiding in food preservation.

1. Olympus (Base Game Map)

Exclusive or primarily found here:

This is the largest set of map‑exclusive resources in the entire game. Dangerous Horizons adds a new 8×8 km map and multiple new resources that only spawn in Elysium.

• Ruby
• Limestone

Elysium‑exclusive systems & items:

• Laser Sidearm
• Mining Laser
• Hover Bike Blueprint Unlock when mission is completed.

• 4 new mounts

These do not appear on Olympus, Styx, or Prometheus.

The Hover Bike can be sent to orbit and used on other maps.
